Privacy Policy

This page explains how TrafficBridge handles customer information, checkout details, transfer confirmations, and communications.

Information we collect

TrafficBridge may collect customer names, email addresses, service selections, payment method preferences, invoice details, transfer reference numbers, and uploaded proof files needed to process service orders.

How information is used

We use this information to create quotes, process checkout requests, generate invoices, send receipts, review bank transfer confirmations, and maintain customer records in the app.

Payments and bank transfers

Card, PayPal, Cash App, and Stripe-style checkout links may redirect to external payment providers. Chase bank transfer confirmations may include proof uploads and reference numbers so payments can be reviewed and marked as received.

Email notifications

If a customer email is provided, TrafficBridge may send order receipts, transfer-submitted notices, and payment-confirmation messages. These messages are used only for order communication and customer service.

Data storage

This app currently stores data locally in the browser environment unless connected to an external backend. Sensitive bank account credentials should not be stored inside the app.

Security practices

TrafficBridge uses local validation, browser-level security policies, blocked link and form protections, and activity logging for suspicious events. External processor links should always point to secure HTTPS destinations.

Customer rights

Customers may request updated invoice records, corrected customer details, or communication changes by contacting the business operating this TrafficBridge instance.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated as payment workflows, customer messaging, and backend integrations expand.
